Transitional Housing Programs for Homelessness

The goal of the SWAN Transitional Housing Program is to help individuals, couples, or families become self-sufficient and increase their skills and income. Case workers are available, in the Olney office, to provide the following assistance:

• Help individuals establish and work through a financial budget
  
• Apply for available local, state, and federal benefits such as WIC, SNAP food benefits, Circuit Breaker, etc.
  
• Financial assistance with rent and utilities for up to 3 months
