   We are excited to announce a new Program at SWAN--The Family Caregiver Program. 
This program provides information, training, education, and support to family caregivers caring for an adult age 60 and over.  Respite is also available to caregivers.

   This program also provides information, training, education, and support to grandparents raising grandchildren.

   SWAN is currently advertising for a Caregiver Advisor to facilitate this Program.  The Program covers Clay, Effingham, Fayette, Jefferson, and Marion Counties.  Check out the job openings tab for details.
